Do not forget external parties

In a crisis, the BCP regularly involves external parties, both in the resolution of the crisis itself (experts, service providers, partners), and in its impacts (suppliers, subcontractors, customers, authorities). If the external parties not involved in the BCP are covered by the communication (see above), it must be possible to alert and contact experts and service providers at any time. Therefore, their availability should be ensured.
